Truman Presidential Library

Preserving the past for future generations

Helix was commissioned by the Truman Library Institute to design exhibit space highlighting the late President’s working office. Museum officials challenged Helix to create an experience allowing visitors to view the historic office “just as Truman left it.” Patrons can peer into this important room as if looking through a picture window. The design solution provides ultra violet and climate protection for Truman’s personal artifacts. The project was supervised by the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration.
